When I was working in The Gambia, I travelled upriver and came to a sacred pond full of crocodiles.I asked the boys at the pool which of the crocodiles had a placid personality and moreover had had a good breakfast. |
They pointed out the crocodile in the attached photo, which I petted. I was concentrating, you will understand, on the croc I was touching and didn’t see the other crocodiles approaching from behind until I later saw the photo.
